47-year-old also denies being concerned in supply
A Ramsey man who denies being concerned in the production of heroin to the Isle of Man will stand trial.
Mark Roberts, of North Shore Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he entered a not guilty plea to the offence which was allegedly committed on 22 July last year.
The 47-year-old also denied four charges of being concerned in the supply of cocaine, cannabis and diamorphine to another person between September 2018 and July 2021.
He’ll be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 22 December and has been bailed until that date.
