Case to be committed to the court of General Gaol Delivery
A Ramsey man facing drugs charges will have his case committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery after pleading not guilty.
Roy Denis Duggan of Cooil Breryk is accused of cultivating cannabis, possessing cannabis with intent to supply and possessing magic mushrooms.
The 50-year-old, who represented himself, will appear for committal to the higher court on 22 June.
Until then, magistrates released Mr Duggan on bail in the sum of £500.
