37-year-old accused of having cannabis in his system
A Ramsey man who has been accused of drug driving will stand trial.
Mark Peter Richards, of North Shore Road, is accused of being over the legal limit on the Mountain Road on 14 June.
It’s alleged he had cannabis in his system at the time.
A pre-trial review will take place on 9 November; the 37-year-old has been bailed until that date.
