
A Ramsey commissioner and former MHK and MLC has explained why he’s bidding for a return to national politics.
Leonard Singer represented the town as an MHK from 1996 to 2003 followed by a further three and a half years on the Legislative Council.
After topping the poll in the town’s South Ward in the 2008 local authority elections, he believes his experience can benefit the town again over the next five years.
