One option would be 'detrimental to delivery of services' according to board's interim chair
Manx Care is considering a number of funding options as it seeks to balance patient safety and care with meeting its budget.
The healthcare provider's interim chair told its board meeting that it has three options for next year, including one which would be 'deeply unpalatable' and 'detrimental to the delivery of services'.
Manx Care's most recent figures show it's currently expected to be £27.2m over budget in the current financial year.
