Around 60 people attend first meeting in Ramsey
Around 60 people attended the first in a series of meetings to discuss the next budget last night (Thurs 19)
Treasury Minster Alfred Cannan heard from the public at Ramsey Town Hall as he prepares for the 2019 budget, which will be delivered in February.
The Budget Roadshows are being held around the Island to give locals an opportunity to tell the Government what they believe public funds should be spent on.
Mr Cannan says a range of suggestions were put forward.
Meetings are also taking place in Castletown Town Hall on Monday (22nd), the Manx Legion Club in Douglas on Wednesday and Peel Town Hall on Thursday, all starting at 7pm.
