Charged with committing offence in February
A Ramsey man charged with rape will appear in court this morning (Tuesday).
Philip Baillie is accused of committing the offence in early February.
The 31 year-old of Albert Street, who is currently in police custody, will appear before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
