Deemster Montgomerie to preside
The trial of a Ramsey man who denies charges of rape and inflicting actual bodily harm is due to begin today (Tuesday).
Seven days have been set aside for the case of 31 year-old Philip Neill Baillie of Albert Street in the town.
It will be presided over by Deemster Montgomerie at Douglas courthouse.
