Kelly put behind bars in May
A serial rapist from Peel jailed for 18 years will be handed his final appeal judgement at Douglas Courthouse today.
46 year-old William Henry Kelly was found guilty of 10 counts of rape, four counts of indecent assault and two of assault against three women in May this year.
The court heard how he initiated relationships with the women, attacking them, and manipulating them by intimidation.
Kelly denies having committed the crimes.
The final verdict will be handed down at 2pm.
