Now 312p in pound - a 0.65% increase
Onchan Commissioners have set their rate at 312p in the pound - an increase of 2p on the previous year.
They say the 0.65% rise will mean the average residential property in the district will pay an additional £3 per year.
The Board says it aims to sustain current level of services in the coming year in a more cost effective fashion and to this end, a strategic review of Onchan Park will continue to determine if it still meets the needs of residents and visitors.
The Commissioners offer prompt payment discount where full payment of rates is made by the 30th June.
