Consultation to go to October Tynwald
A series of public meetings is being staged to explain a proposed modernisation of the Island's rates system.
The results of a public consultation on the issue have also been published today.
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas will bring the proposals to the main October sitting of Tynwald.
All the meetings will start at 6pm and last 90 minutes, with the first at Castle Rushen High School next Friday, 4 October.
QEII in Peel will be the venue the following Monday, St Ninian's Lower School at Bemahague the following evening, and Ramsey Grammar School West on Wednesday, 9 October.
