One of the many tributes that has been paid to former MHK and MLC Ray Kniveton.
Mr Kniveton, who passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening at the age of 78, spent four years as an MHK and a further seven as a member of the Legislative Council.
However, it was his role as a commissioner that gave him particular satisfaction.
Captain of the Parish, Peter Kelly, said he was extremely found of Onchan.
