A statement from the RBS Group says the update of customer account balances has now largely been completed.
Accounts at the Isle of Man Bank, and Natwest - which both come under the RBS umbrella - have been affected locally.
The banking giant says work is continuing "to bring some specific offshore systems up to date and every effort is being made to achieve this as quickly as possible".
There's a reminder of yesterday's announcement too, that IoM Bank branches in Ramsey, Peel, Castletown and Regent Street in Douglas, and the NatWest branch in Douglas are open from 8.30am to 6pm for the remainder of the week.
