Union says members can't continue underwriting financial pressures
Royal College of Nursing members can't go on underwriting the financial pressures in the Manx healthcare system.
That's the message from the union which will open a ballot today (11 July) as part of an ongoing pay dispute with Manx Care
The RCN has asked for a 15 percent increase – so far it's been offered four percent.
That's something the RCN has described as 'encouraging'.
