
The Chief Minister says the government is considering rethinking its policy on staffing levels at Noble’s Hospital.
In the past, there have been tight controls on the number of employees each hospital department can hire.
But with increasing pressure on staff at Noble’s, Allan Bell says there have been meetings with staff to discuss concerns.
And he says the restrictions on recruitment are something that’s been highlighted as problematic:
