Ramsey cited as positive example
Realistic rents and affordable business rates have helped Ramsey develop a thriving local retail sector.
That's according to the retail lead for the Isle of Man's Chamber of Commerce.
Andy Corrie has been speaking after Douglas was hit with more shop closures and the loss of 19 jobs.
Burton, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis are part of the Arcadia Group which has been bought by online retailer Boohoo. The deal did not include physical stores.
