Social media awash with complaints of alleged unethical behaviour
A long-time estate agent on the Isle of Man says the industry is 'highly regulated' after allegations about it gained traction online.
Complaints have been made on social media that some agents have lied about competing offers for properties.
A number of people appeared to corroborate the claims, by sharing their own experiences, suggesting buyers are being played off against each other.
