Free modular courses to help improve mental health
People who are keen to improve their mental health and wellbeing are being urged to consider attending Recovery College.
The initiative – which was launched in April in collaboration with Manx Care and University College Isle of Man – offers help with self-management strategies.
Topics covered include mental health first aid, sleep, assertiveness and confidence and managing anxiety.
Courses are free of charge – a new Autumn course prospectus will be launched shortly.
