Officers manage to contain blaze
Fire crews were dispatched this afternoon after a recycling facility in Tromode industrial estate went up in flames.
Two pumps from Douglas managed to contain the blaze, which is thought to have originated from a paper bailing machine.
Nobody was injured in the incident, which happened sometime after 3pm.
The property was engulfed with smoke - crews are currently ensuring the scene is secure and the fire fully extinguished.
