Revamped race programme means just one display
Race organisers have revealed the updated racing schedule for tomorrow’s TT action.
The Mountain section will shut from Barrule Park to Ramsey at 10.45am, with the rest of Snaefell closing at 11am.
Roads around the rest of the course will shut at 11.30am in time for the four-lap superstock race at 12.15pm.
After qualifying for the Senior TT and TT Zero, roads should reopen no later than 5.30pm
Meanwhile, there’s bad news for Red Arrow fans in the north of the Island because of tomorrow’s revamped race programme.
The RAF display team – a regular sight at the festival – was due to perform at 3pm on Tuesday in the skies over Ramsey.
However, that’s now had to be called off because of racing and qualifying that’s due to place on the TT circuit during Tuesday afternoon.
If you’re pining to see the aerobatics, tomorrow’s display over Douglas starting at 7.30pm will go ahead as planned.
