Mental health boss says issues are being addressed
The Acting Head of the Mental Health Service says his department is trying to "reduce reliance" on agency staff as much as possible.
Ross Bailey was one of the senior civil servants appearing alongside minister David Ashford before a Tynwald scrutiny committee yesterday.
Martyn Perkins MHK asked about staffing problems in DHSC, and the qualifications of agency staff.
