From April you won't be able to use post office counters
Removing the ability for some social housing residents to pay their rent at post offices is a 'bold decision'.
That's the view of the chair of the Isle of Man Post Office.
The Department of Infrastructure has written to its tenants to inform them they won't be able to pay at a post office counter from 1 April.
It's led to concerns about how those without bank accounts will be able to make rent payments and has sparked an urgent Tynwald question for later this week.
