Survey shows 16% of businesses still expecting job cuts
The number of Manx businesses having to make employees redundant remains "very concerning".
That's according to the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce after its weekly survey revealed 16% of firms are still expecting to cut jobs.
The government's unemployment figures showed those out of work increased by almost 400 to 850 in March.
While the number of companies predicting job cuts has dropped, Chamber chief executive Rebecca George says it's still a worry:
