ISLEXPO guest speaks of 'madness' of atrocity
A top journalist visiting the Isle of Man has been reflecting on the tragic events in Manchester on Monday night.
Twenty-two people were killed and scores injured by a suicide bomber at an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena.
