Frustration over lack of progress
An MHK has expressed concern over the pace of parliamentary reform.
Lawrie Hooper this week attempted to have his Tynwald colleagues 'grasp the nettle' by formally accepting three of the recommendations put forward by Lord Robert Lisvane a year ago.
The proposed changes have instead been sent to a select committee for further discussion.
Mr Hooper's motions failed to gather enough support among members.
He says the chance to enact change now risks losing momentum:
