Island moving in tandem with much of Europe
The man behind the Abortion Reform Bill has rejected the notion that it will lead to abortion on demand.
Dr Alex Allinson has thanked Keys members for the standard of yesterday's (Tues) debate, which saw a raft of amendments considered.
Mr Allinson believes there's genuine will to progress the Bill in order to get something which will be of genuine benefit for Manx women.
He says the Island is moving in tandem with much of Europe and the Bill is NOT going to grant an abortion to anyone who asks for it
