Makeover for charity Kenyon's Cafe
A youth club in Onchan which has had a ‘desperately needed’ refurbishment is hoping to help reduce anti-social behaviour in the area.
Kenyon's Café, on School Road, gives 11–18-year-olds a safe place to socialise and access to advice and support if needed.
The makeover's been spearheaded by the children who use the facility and sponsored by the Manx Lottery Trust and Onchan District Commissioners.
It now boasts comfy seating areas, a gaming zone, table football and entertainment systems as well as a snack bar.
Café Director Martin Macfarlane told Manx Radio it's important to make sure it's a place the young people want to be:
