There’s tangible evidence that investment in Ramsey is benefiting the local economy.
So says the town’s MHK, Chief Minister Allan Bell.
As phase two of regeneration begins, Mr Bell says work to improve pedestrian areas has enhanced the town centre.
And he says it’s given a real lift to residents and retailers.
