The firm will begin operating the service at the end of this month
Regent Dental Care (Douglas) has been awarded a contract by the Department of Health and Social Care to provide orthodontic services for children.
Orthodontic treatment specialises in correcting irregularities of the teeth or improving the function and appearance of the mouth and face and care is available for those children under the age of 18 who meet specific clinical requirements.
Regent Dental Care will begin operating the service from Monday 30 October.
Those currently receiving treatment with the DHSC’s Specialist Orthodontist will continue to receive their care at the Central Community Health Centre on Westmoreland Road, Douglas, until the end of December.
