Robertshaw urges Manx Utilities to go back to Meary Veg
Plans for regional sewage treatment facilities are 'falling apart' after a second site was refused planning permission.
That's according to Chris Robertshaw MHK, who sits on Tynwald's Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee.
After proposals for Laxey were rejected earlier this year, a site in Glenfaba to treat Peel's waste has also been thrown out by planners.
Mr Robertshaw believes the central facility at Meary Veg is the best solution:
