Claims of reputational damage for Island
The cancellation of this year's Rally Isle of Man event will have reputational damage for the Island as a whole.
That's the belief of Manx Radio's rally correspondent, Chris Boyd.
Chris has been involved in the organisation of the rally in the past, though stepped away from involvement several years ago.
Speaking on Mandate this morning, (Thurs 6th) he said this year's cancellation has led to breakdown in trust between government and organisers.
