Peter Newbery serving life sentence for 2002 double murder
The family of a teenager who was murdered over 20 years ago on the Isle of Man is renewing a call to send his killer back to a high security prison in the UK.
Peter Newbery killed 16-year-olds George Green and Samantha Barton in 2002 and was jailed for life two years later with a minimum term of twenty years.
Yesterday, Manx Radio understands, he was again denied parole.
