A Manx seafarer says border restrictions have made repatriation for many near impossible, leaving them ship-bound for far longer than would normally be expected.
The Isle of Man Ship Registry recently lead a panel on the subject as part of a 'Digital Marine Week' organised by publication SeaTrade Maritime.
