Manx Utilities monitoring the situation
Please tell Manx Utilities if you notice an unpleasant odour in the north of the Island.
That's the message from the company, following reports of a bad smell at Balladoole.
The sporadic complaints of the odour have meant Manx Utilities is able to look at how to fix the problem.
But PR Manager Alison Cottier says it can be attributed to a number of factors:
'Too early to tell' what caused fire
Crews from across the Island ensured cover was available
Firefighting foam may have killed fish in Silverburn River
People advised not to enter the water for 28 days
Additional road closure for TT filming ahead of MGP qualifying
Sunday morning closure along Quarterbridge and Peel Road
'Knives and sharp implements' left outside charity shops
Fly tipping warning from police after instances outside Crossroads
