
The infrastucture minister will be on the stage in Port St Mary this evening, as a requisition meeting tries to find answers to the village's recent political problems.
Four commissioners resigned along with the clerk last month, claiming private issues had been aired in public.
The commissioners posts have now been filled again - one by Alec Merchant, who was one of the four who resigned last month - but the post of clerk remains vacant.
The government has had talks with the local authority.
