Manx Utilities speculates about alternative methods to control use
​Reservoirs are not the fix for the Island's water resource issues.
That's according to the Head of Water at Manx Utilities who says the introduction of meters would lead to better methods of controlling water usage.
Speaking on Manx Radio's Mannin Line, Gareth Patchett stressed it was a political decision - but speculated the Island could see water meters brought into force within 20 years.
