A Castletown resident is encouraging people to stop wasting food by downloading an app which helps redistribute produce.
Olio connects neighbours with each other, and local businesses, so surplus food can be shared and not thrown away.
The company claims 33 percent of food produced globally goes to waste.
Debbie Thomson begins her evenings heading to her local Tesco Express to pick up fresh food that would otherwise be binned.
She then sorts through it and lists it on Olio where people on the Island can choose what they'd like to take ... for free:
