Five-a-day challenge set by charity Sight Matters
Isle of Man residents are encouraged to take up a five-something challenge for August.
It could be doing a 5-kilometer run or even five push-ups a day.
The Stride for Sight challenge has been set by charity Sight Matters to get people active during the summer months.
It started with marketing co-ordinator Peter Marshall, who is aiming to run 155 kilometres in 31 days - alongside colleague Ashley Parry - all while raising funds for the organisation.
