More community pride and respect is needed in the Island's fight again drug and alcohol misuse, according to a North Douglas MHK.
Bill Henderson was speaking after Tynwald members spent five hours debating the next Strategic Plan before backing its contents.
This included a section promising to support the existing drug and alcohol policy, along with aiming to create a new detox unit and a drug enforcement agency.
