Amanda Dawson pioneered changes to sexual health services here
A nurse who pioneered significant advances in sexual health services on the Island during a 50 year career in the profession has retired.
Colleagues gathered at the Manx Integrated Sexual Health Centre to bid Lead Nurse, Amanda Dawson, farewell.
She was appointed the Island's first Sexual Health Nurse in 2000 and has been pivotal in improving the Island's sexual health services.
