The new tenants at a restaurant in the south of the Island say they are glad to have an historic building back in use for the community.
The Bradda Glen in Port Erin was refurbished by the old Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry which said it wanted a business to take over the site.
That new tenant is Andy Hardy, who also runs the Courthouse nightclub in Douglas.
He says he thought it was a shame to see such a beauty spot without any facilities.
