Money collected will be donated to two charities
Funds collected at an Indian inspired festival this weekend will be donated to two charities.
The celebration of ‘Holi’ – which traditionally sees people throw coloured paint - is being marked at the Manx Fun Farm in Onchan on Sunday.
It’s being hosted by the owner of the Douglas restaurant Kurries and Steaks.
Maggie Young is from the Pahar Trust Nepal - one of the charities that will receive funds from the event:
Assisted Dying: 'If anyone had seen what my husband went through, they'd understand'
Campaigner "thrilled" as Manx assisted dying law receives royal assent
Campaigners call for more mental health support
Suicide prevention protest takes place outside Tynwald
'Government Programme' needs to be a meaningful tool for people to see change
Straightforward communication needs to underpin everything says minister
Medical society: 'We need answers' over assisted dying
Doctors say they feel there hasn't been enough engagement with those who would be providing the service
