Police in Douglas are appealing for information after vandals damaged cars being restored at a garage workshop

Police in Douglas are appealing for information after vandals damaged cars being restored at a garage workshop.

They struck some time between 5pm on Monday and 9am on Tuesday.

The vehicles were kept in the yard of Millmount garage behind Mylchreest's showroom on the Castletown Road.

Officers say intruders could have targeted the garage from the National Sports Centre grounds.

Anyone with information about the damage should contact police on 631212 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
