'Impossible' to judge what's right and what's wrong
A retired driving instructor and examiner says it's impossible to judge what's right and what's wrong at the Douglas promenade roundels.
John Mealin has added his weight to criticism of the junctions.
Mr Mealin, who opened the first driving school in the north of the Island in 1960, believes the lack of hard and fast rules governing their use, would make it virtually impossible to judge the actions of a learner driver.
