It's reinstating face-to-face parent classes and postnatal home visits this month
Later this month, two services for new parents are going to be provided by Manx Care again.
From the 16 October, face-to-face ParentCraft courses will return, which covers what to expect in labour and beyond.
Meanwhile, midwives will also be providing home visits instead of asking families to come to them.
Jan Ulyatt is a retired midwife who's been hosting face-to-face classes in their absence and campaigning for them to be reinstated.
She says she's thrilled Manx Care has listened:
Jan will finish offering her classes in December, and will instead be directing people to Manx Care's courses.
