Site currently unsafe for public
The 'reuse area' at the Southern Civic Amenity Site will stay closed until it can be made safe for the public and until structural damage is repaired.
According to the board which manages the site, work can't begin until an engineer's report has been submitted.
The announcement was made this week (11 Feb).
The board says it has 'every intention of reopening the area' when it's been made safe and has thanked the public for their patience.
