Senior, Junior and SuperTwin Manx Grand Prix competitors will then go out at 6.55pm.
Finally, it'll be the turn of Classic TT, Lightweight MGP and again the newcomers at 7.30pm.
Roads around the Mountain Course are due to open no later than 9pm.
