New course record of 14 hours, 40 minutes
One man's domination of the gruelling 2015 Manx Telecom Parish Walk continued yesterday.
Richard Gerrard broke the course record and made it three wins in four years.
He completed the 85 mile course in 14 hours, 40 minutes and eight seconds - two minutes, 24 seconds inside the previous best which he shared with Vinny Lynch in 2012.
The sun may have been setting as he made it back to the promenade but it continues to shine very brightly on his marathon efforts.
