
An inquest into the death of a 26-year-old Ramsey man resumes today (Wednesday).
Kenneth Richards, of Mooragh promenade, was found dead in the town's harbour on November 25 last year.
When the inquest opened, on December 1, coroner Alastair Montgomerie heard the cause of death was salt water drowning, and Mr Richards had been intoxicated at the time.
Time of inquest: 10am at Douglas courthouse.
