Drive to the conditions, say Police
Police are re-emphasising the importance of driving to the conditions, after an accident by Richmond Hill last night (Sat 1) left a car upside down.
A section of the New Castletown Road was closed whilst officers dealt with the incident, and traffic was diverted at Mount Murray and Cooil Road roundabout.
Road conditions were difficult, say officers, with 'plenty of run off and standing water still on the roads'.
In this case, the driver was uninjured.
